Dragon's Tail

Las Vegas, NV, 2026

Conceived for HD Expo at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Dragon's Tail was a test of parametric logic under real fabrication constraint. A continuous concept geometry was rationalized into a complete, buildable system — tectonic, structure, material, and graphic developed together, assembly logic encoded directly into the parts.

Every component is asymmetrical, cut and assembled from a shared parametric definition, so each piece admits only one correct position. The model was not a representation of the piece but the instruction for its making. It ships in six crates and rises on site with common hardware, no power tools.
