Partyard

Commissioned by fashion retailer Primary New York to design and build the outdoor space at the brand’s New York headquarters, Partyard turns an inhospitable stretch of urban lot into a usable outdoor space — a programmatic social area, photo studio, showroom, and staff gathering space in one footprint.
Spatial articulation is driven by texture and material: a custom-built plant wall introduces whimsical, organic form in contrast to rough stone paving underfoot. Steel furniture, reconfigurable to suit shifting programs, anchors the space while opening a compelling range of views across it.
